废双基药(DBP)经处理后,与乙烯醋酸酯共聚物、线性低密度聚乙烯和聚苯乙烯混合,同时加入阻燃剂、抑烟剂,可制成各种塑料代用制品及漆布料;与聚氨酯接枝,可加工成双组分胶粘剂。这种代用制品的氧指数可达30以上,抗拉强度可达32MPa,梯度电阻大于0.8×1015Ω,表面电阻不小于1.3×1015Ω,在80~90℃时无变形,-50℃不破裂;所制作漆布料不仅具有阻燃特性,其它品质也不亚于用硝化纤维制成的漆布料;制成的胶粘剂也取得了满意的结果。这不仅可节省部分工业原料,而且能有效地减少环境的污染,与传统的销毁方法相比,既提高了作业安全性,又为废双基药再利用找到了一条可行途径。
