在互联网高速发展背景之下,传统的商业模式,即价值链条以供给作为导向的方式正在改变。将供给转成了需求作导向的新模式。所以针对这一情况,提出在互联网时代下,一种新的商业模式,分析网络组织价值创造逻辑中的新变化。最后以XX公司作为研究对象,分析公司在转型中所存在的问题,同时阐述公司在转型中为其他公司带来的启发。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional business model, that is, the supply chain as a supply chain, is changing. Turn supply into a new model of demand-oriented. Therefore, in view of this situation, this paper proposes a new business model under the Internet age to analyze the new changes in the logic of network organizational value creation. Finally, taking XX Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of the company and at the same time expounds the enlightenment that the company brought to other companies during the transformation.
