为适应铁路运输要求,供电部门不断改造设备,一些新技术新设备大量运用。目前,质量管理小组(QC小组)在铁路企业中广泛开展活动,为铁路技术创新起到了积极的推动作用。文章运用全面质量管理的方法,遵循PDCA管理程序,分析论述了全面质量管理小组在接触网曲线处承力索张力收放装置研制中的实践活动。
In order to meet the requirements of railway transportation, the power supply department continuously renovated the equipment and made extensive use of some new technologies and new equipment. At present, the quality management team (QC group) has carried out extensive activities in railway enterprises, which has played a positive role in promoting railway technological innovation. The article uses the method of total quality management and follows the PDCA management procedure, analyzes and expounds the practical activities of the total quality management team in the research and development of the tension receiving and retracting device of the catenary in the catenary curve.
