目的研究铁冬青Ilex rotunda茎皮的五环三萜类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和反相硅胶柱色谱等色谱方法对铁冬青茎皮的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从铁冬青茎皮甲醇提取物中分离得到8个三萜类化合物,分别为铁冬青酸(1)、具栖冬青苷(2)、苦丁冬青苷H(3)、3-乙酰基熊果酸(4)、苦丁茶冬青苷D(5)、3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-19α-羟基-熊果酸(6)、28-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-齐墩果酸(7)、齐墩果酸(8)。结论化合物4~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the pentacyclic triterpene chemical constituents of Ilex rotunda bark. Methods The chemical constituents of the stem of Liliaceae were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eight triterpenoids were isolated from the methanolic extracts of the stem and stem of Astragalus membranaceus, and they were iron-tungstic acid (1), aridin (2), kluyverin H (3), 3- acetyl bear (5), 3-O-α-L-arabinosyl-19α-hydroxy-ursolic acid (6), 28-O-β-D-glucosyl- Oleanolic acid (7), oleanolic acid (8). Conclusion Compounds 4 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
