机身主要用来装载人员、货物和设备,它将机翼、尾翼、起落架以及各种功能系统连接成一个整体。按结构元件的受力特点,机身可分为梁式、半硬壳式和硬壳式等几种形式,现代民机机身普遍采用金属铝合金材料半硬壳式结构设计。由于材料及制造工艺的限制,机身都通常是由多个桶段对接而成,各桶段又是由多个壁板通过机械连接(紧固件)而构成。本文将简要讨论金属机身壁板纵向连接设计及其静强度和耐久性分析概述。
The fuselage is mainly used to carry people, goods and equipment, it will wing, tail, landing gear and a variety of functional systems connected as a whole. According to the stress characteristics of structural elements, the fuselage can be divided into several forms, such as beam, semi-hard shell and hard shell. Modern civil aircraft fuselage commonly used semi-hard shell metal aluminum alloy structure design. Due to material and manufacturing process limitations, the fuselage is usually formed by the docking of multiple bucket segments, each bucket segment is composed of multiple panels through mechanical connections (fasteners).
