农业自1985年开始滑坡,日益引起国民和政府的关注。但人们的警觉尚未转化为果断的行动,各业地农业的支持,还远远适应不了农业发展的需要。集中表现在三点上:(一)支农意识淡化。我们不妨回顾一下,过去强调各行各业支援农业,各部门在安排工作、部署工作时,都能把支农作为一项重要内容,纳入部门工作,统筹兼顾,同步进行。而现在,不少部门、行业与农村在很大程度上脱节,制定计划很少甚至不考虑能为农业提供哪些服务,单纯追求部门利益,把部门工作与农村工作割裂开来,对立起来。
Since landslide started in 1985, agriculture has drawn increasing public concern. However, people’s vigilance has not yet been translated into decisive action. The support of agriculture in all fields can not meet the needs of agricultural development. Focus on the performance of three points: (a) weakening the support of agriculture. Let us recall that in the past we emphasized that all walks of life supported agriculture and that all branches of government took the support of agriculture as an important part of their work arrangements in an all-round and coordinated manner while arranging and deploying work. Nowadays, quite a number of departments, industries and rural areas are largely out of line with the plan of making little or no consideration of what services can be provided for agriculture, simply pursuing sectoral interests and separating departmental work from rural work.
