镍基自熔合金Ni60基于其熔点低,具有自熔性,通过对所形成的热喷涂层重新加热,使涂层在低于钢铁基体熔点的温度下熔化,从而形成与基体达到牢固的冶金结合、且无气孔的致密涂层,能显著提高材料的耐磨损及耐腐蚀性能,在许多工业领域获得了广泛的应用.
