在经济全球化的今天,具有高素质的人才是企业、学校等工作单位能够持续发展的重要影响因素。当前为了适应社会的发展,各个高校都已经设立了人力资源管理的相关专业来培养人才,特别是新经济时代的到来要求企业应该注重人力资源管理机制的有效创新,人力资源管理要做到人尽其才,才尽其用,人事相宜,最大限度地发挥人力资源的作用。本文通过对勘测企业人力资源管理现状进行认真分析,找出管理手段中存在的问题,并且促进企业内部的改革创新,充分尊重企业员工的价值,从而提高工作效率,促进培养人才工作的进行,这不仅仅是企业发展的要求,也是新经济时代对社会的要求。
