Toll样受体(TLRs)作为一类病原模式识别受体在免疫应答和炎性反应中发挥着重要作用,可诱导机体细胞释放前炎性细胞因子,是连接天然免疫和获得性免疫反应的桥梁。研究发现,TLR4在运动引起机体免疫变化的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用,可能参与胰岛素抵抗的发生发展。运动可引起骨骼肌细胞和免疫细胞的TLR4低表达,发生机制需要进一步研究阐明。
Toll-like receptors (TLRs), as a class of pathogen-pattern recognition receptors, play an important role in immune and inflammatory responses and induce the release of proinflammatory cytokines from the body’s cells, bridging the innate and adaptive immune responses . The study found that TLR4 play an important role in the occurrence and development of immune-induced changes in the body and may be involved in the occurrence and development of insulin resistance. Exercise can cause skeletal muscle cells and immune cells TLR4 low expression, the mechanism needs further elucidation.
