泌阳凹陷双河油田Ⅱ5层是复杂的厚油层,非均质性严重,剩余油分布复杂,且油藏温度高达73℃。1991年开展该油层高温聚合物驱油技术研究,经多种聚合物性能评价,找到了热氧影响聚合物性能的界限,优选出耐高温聚合物,改进和优化了地面注入工艺,制定了经济有效的聚合物驱方案。现场实施阶段增油4.35×104t,提高采收率9.03%,效果显著。形成了高温聚合物驱的室内试验、油藏工程研究、聚合物性能评价、地面注入设备优化和经济效果评价的一套方法及配套技术,为在双河油田推广应用高温聚合物驱油技术奠定了基础。图2(郭海莉摘)
