广告商,明星,消费者三方皆大欢喜的“三赢”局面,应是明星厂告的最高追求。但是,目前已基本实现了广告商、明星的双赢,由于对消费者负责的精袖并未成为当代的广告精神,所以,“三赢”的局面并非每一种产品都可以提供。 明星不能做虚假广告,这已经成为社会各界的共识,但是万一明星做了虚假广告怎么办,责任在谁。什么样的广告是虚假广告?濮存昕的孩子不喝钙,但是却在广告中说天天喝,这算不算虚假广告? 明星毕竟只是一个演员,不是产品鉴定专家。明星无须也没有能力去检测所做的广告产品的真实性,这一切都应该由广告商和广告审查机关来完成。
