目的探讨硕士研究生的自我和谐状况及其与主观幸福感的相关。方法采用SCCS和GWB量表测量法,辅以个别访谈法,对广东汕头大学150名在读硕士研究生施测。结果1自我和谐在学科上差异显著,尤其表现在刻板性分量表上;性别差异只存在自我灵活上;年级、婚姻状况以及学生来源都不显著。与大学生相比,在读硕士研究生自我和谐显著优于大学生;2高自我和谐组与低自我和谐组的主观幸福感存在显著差异;3自我与经验的不和谐与幸福感总分、精力、生活满足与兴趣、愉快(忧郁)心境、情感行为控制和松弛紧张两两显著负相关。自我和谐总分与幸福感总分、精力、愉快(忧郁)心境、情感行为控制和松弛紧张两两显著负相关。自我灵活性与精力、情感行为控制两两显著正相关。结论广东汕头大学硕士研究生自我和谐基本良好,但需关注理科生;自我和谐与主观幸福感存在一定相关关系。
Objective To investigate the self-consistency and harmony between the masters and their subjective well-being. Methods SCCS and GWB scale measurement method, supplemented by individual interview method, the Guangdong Shantou University 150 master students tested. Results 1 Self-harmony differed significantly in subjects, especially in the rigid subscale; gender differences existed only in self-agility; grade, marital status, and student source were not significant. Compared with undergraduates, the self-consistency of master degree students in reading is significantly better than that of undergraduates.2 The subjective well-being of high self-harmony group and low self-harmony group are significantly different; 3 The self-experience disharmony and happiness score, energy and life satisfaction And interest, happy (melancholy) mood, emotional behavior control and relaxation of tension significant negative correlation. Total self-harmony and happiness score, energy, happy (melancholy) mood, emotional behavior control and relaxation of tension significant negative correlation. There was a significant positive correlation between self-flexibility and energy and emotional behavior control. Conclusions Self-consistency and harmony are basically good for Master’s Candidates in Shantou University in Guangdong Province, but need to pay attention to science students. There is a certain correlation between self-harmony and subjective well-being.
