党的十八届三中全会公报指出,坚持用制度管权管事管人,让人民监督权力,让权力在阳光下运行,是把权力关进制度笼子的根本之策。本文结合学习党的十八届三中全会、中纪委三次全会报告精神,结合当前石油石化企业反腐倡廉制度实际,分析了当前反腐倡廉制度建设存在的问题,有针对性提出了深化反腐倡廉制度建设的对策及建议,对于国有企业进一步规范党员干部从政行为、强化对权力的监督制约具有指导意义。
