当前,我国劳动关系领域呈现出多元化、复杂化的态势,很多经济方面的、社会方面的矛盾,都在劳动关系上集中反映出来。加快构建“规范有序、公正合理、互利共赢、和谐稳定”的新型劳动关系,是贯彻实践科学发展观的具体体现,是促进人社事业又好又快发展的重大举措。问题当前,劳动关系总体和谐稳定,用人单位用工行为进一步规范,职工群众学法用法意识进一步提高,维权护法力度进一步加大,劳动者合法权益得到进一步保障,劳动合同签订率进一步提升,劳动关系进一步和谐。
At present, the labor relations in our country have shown a diversified and complex trend. Many economic and social conflicts have been collectively reflected in the labor relations. Accelerating the establishment of a new type of labor relations featuring “orderly, just and fair, mutual benefit and win-win, harmony and stability” is a concrete manifestation of implementing the scientific outlook on development and a major measure for promoting the sound and rapid development of people and society. At present, the overall labor relations are in harmony and stability. The employers' work practices further standardize the awareness of the workers and the public about the usage of law and learn more, the protection of rights and the protection of law continue to be strengthened, the legitimate rights and interests of workers are further protected, the labor contract signing rate further rises, the labor relation further harmonious.
