端框加紧固件方式是飞行器常用的舱段连接形式,在连接部位温度变化不大的情况下,这种连接非常可靠,但当温升量较大时,就出现了附加应力问题。以一种飞行器端框在高温情况下其连接紧固件附加了较大热应力问题为研究对象,研究了其附加力和应力产生的原因,提出了一种低附加力的连接结构,并对比分析了两种结构形式附加力大小,解决了设计和装配中的实际问题,取得了较好的应用效果。
The way to fasten the end frame is a common form of cabin segment connection in the aircraft. This connection is very reliable in the case of small changes in the temperature of the connection parts. However, additional stress problems arise when the temperature rise amount is large. In this paper, a kind of aircraft frame with high thermal stress attached to the fasteners attached to the larger thermal stress as the object of study, to study the reasons for its additional force and stress, proposed a low-force connection structure, and compared The additional force of two kinds of structural forms is analyzed, the practical problems in design and assembly are solved, and the better application effect is obtained.
