班主任工作是关涉心灵的工作。心灵是柔软而无形的,心灵的成长,不仅仅需要灌输和规范,更需要滋润和熏陶。文化恰恰具有这样的力量。人类的优秀文化博大精深,提供了无尽的教育资源,可以浸润学生心灵,更可以促进学生心灵成长。在班集体建设中,我用文化引领学生外修行为,内修心灵。反省文化——修心反省,是正心求己的过程。教会学生反省,需要持之以恒地引导、熏陶、训练。训练学生自我反省的能力需要从外到内循序渐进,直至学生能自觉
