Introducing ARX and OpenGL briefly, this paper describes the general process of realistic 3D modeling of mechanical parts using ARX and OpenGL based on MDT design platform in Visual C ++ compiling environment, and details the use of ARX for complex parts entities Modeling process and the process of using OpenGL to render the surface of the entity and method.
