黄蜂蜇伤是常见的一种动物咬伤,以伤口局部疼痛、肿胀为主要表现,出现过敏性休克症状比较少见。我院收治黄蜂蛰伤致过敏性休克1例,现报道如下。1病例报道患者,女,20岁,面颊部被黄蜂蛰伤,到我院急诊科就诊,医师予检查伤口拔出毒刺,醋酸清洗伤口,后将季德胜蛇药片捣碎后用水调成糊状涂患处,口服季德胜蛇药片10片,约10min后患者出现头晕、心悸、呼吸急促等症状,查体:患者意识淡漠,体温36.3℃,脉搏123次/min,呼吸30次/min,血压 Wasp sting is a common animal bites, wounds to the local pain, swelling as the main performance, symptoms of anaphylactic shock is relatively rare.
