目的:观察清热透疹汤联合西药治疗麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将83例患者随机分为2组,对照组41例用利巴韦林、维生素C、异丙嗪治疗。治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上加用清热透疹汤治疗。结果:治疗组显效39例,有效3例;对照组显效28例,有效13例,2组总有效率均为100%,但显效率治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:清热透疹汤联合西药治疗麻疹能明显缩短病程,疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Touzhen Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of measles. Methods: 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 41 patients treated with ribavirin, vitamin C, promethazine. Treatment group, 42 cases in the control group based on the treatment of heat and Touzhen decoction. Results: In the treatment group, 39 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were effective. In the control group, 28 cases were markedly effective and 13 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 100% in both groups, but the effective rate was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Treating measles with Qingre Touru Decoction combined with western medicine can shorten the course of the disease obviously and has good curative effect.
