对静压桩施工造成邻近建筑墙体、天花板等发生开裂,地面产生裂缝、不均匀沉降等不良影响以及对压桩过程中产生的挤土效应进行评价,并将压桩过程建立理论模型,设定其为半无限特性土体中的球孔扩张产生位移,对其计算结果进行分析.继而在理论分析的基础上,对静压桩过程出现的问题结合工程实际和施工规范进行处理和监测,以降低挤土效应对邻近建筑质量的影响.
