股份制的发展,是我国经济体制改革中出现的新事物,它将成为我国经济中的重要组织形式。推行股份制的目的,是试图找到一种适合中国特点的企业制度,这种企业制度既符合公有制的要求,又适应商品经济和社会化大生产的发展。本文试图在论证股份制的实施对象不应首先是大中型企业(所谓股份制的第一条道路)的基础上,说明在我国走股份制第二条道路的必要性和可能性。
The development of the joint-stock system is a new thing that has emerged in China’s economic restructuring. It will become an important organizational form in our economy. The purpose of the implementation of the shareholding system is to find an enterprise system that is suitable for China’s characteristics. Such an enterprise system meets both the requirements of public ownership and the development of the commodity economy and socialized mass production. This paper attempts to demonstrate that the implementation of the shareholding system should not be the first large and medium-sized enterprises (the first road to the so-called shareholding system), the necessity and possibility of taking the second path of the shareholding system in our country.
