上市成为企业组织环境中的一种时髦,是否上市成为评价一个企业的重要指标。而企业的核心竞争力以及资产优良度等指标却为外人所忽视,无疑,这种风尚背后的潜台词就是没有上市的企业是能力弱或者没有发展前景的,对于置身于其中的企业组织而言既是机遇与动力,也构成了一种制度压力。本文选择的分析材料全部是媒体的公开报道,笔者选择的方法是收集这些资料,观察在民企上市的行为过程中各方包括企业组织、政府部门以及专家系统等角色的表现,通过这种“置身其外”的观察,分析整个民营企业上市行为所处的场域,作一个“社会学式”的思考。企业组织这是整个上市行动系统中的主角,也是上市风险的最终承担者。对于民营企业而言,上市的好处是显而易见的,
