作者报道了9例前颅凹底硬膜动静脉畸形(DAVM)。年龄24～69岁。全部行CT检查与双侧颈动脉造影,其中5例做增强前、后CT扫描。1例行MR检查,层厚5mm,T_1加权增强前、后横断面、冠状位和矢状面,T_2加权横断面成象。手术5例。3例为偶然发现。4例因1次或多次癫痫发作住院治疗,其中2例合并颅内出血。1例呈进行性昏迷。1例有不典型头痛和眩晕。病史调查显示无易发因素,无症状,无1例曾有静脉窦 The authors reported 9 cases of anterior cranial fundus dural arteriovenous malformations (DAVM). Age 24 ~ 69 years old. All patients underwent CT examination and bilateral carotid artery angiography, of which 5 cases were enhanced before and after CT scan. A routine MR examination, layer thickness 5mm, T_1weighted before and after the cross-section, coronal and sagittal plane, T_2 weighted cross-sectional imaging. Surgery in 5 cases. 3 cases found by chance. Four patients were hospitalized for one or more epileptic seizures, two of whom had intracranial hemorrhage. One patient was in a coma. One patient had atypical headache and dizziness. A medical history survey showed no predisposing factors, asymptomatic, none of the patients had a sinus
