目的了解大学生食品消费及维权情况。方法 2014年7月对宁波大学3个校区949名大学生进行现场拦截问卷调查。结果 76.71%的大学生每月食品消费支出高于600元;首选校内外餐馆就餐的占30.87%,在街边小摊及早夜市选购食品的占36.56%。94.94%的大学生在消费过程中权益受过侵害,但仅37.82%的学生选择维权;62.59%的大学生会与商家交涉进行维权,46.68%的大学生会忍气吞声,很少选择投诉。维权程序繁琐(71.87%)和商品价格便宜(60.48%)是大学生放弃维权的主要因素。结论大学生存在一些不利健康的消费行为习惯,消费维权意识较淡薄,应有针对性地加强消费引导和维权宣教。
Objective To understand college students’ food consumption and rights protection. Methods In July 2014, 949 undergraduates from 3 campuses in Ningbo University were interviewed on site. Results 76.71% of college students’ monthly food expenditure was more than 600 yuan. Restaurants accounted for 30.87% of the total, 36.56% of them purchased food at street stalls and night markets. 94.94% of university students have infringed the rights and interests during the consumption process, but only 37.82% of students choose to defend their rights; 62.59% of college students negotiate with businesses to safeguard their rights; 46.68% of college students swallow their voices and rarely choose to complain. Prosecution procedures cumbersome (71.87%) and commodity prices (60.48%) is the main factor in college students to give up their rights. Conclusions There are some unhealthy consumer behaviors in college students, and the awareness of consumer rights protection is weak. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen consumer guidance and advocacy for rights protection.
