船舶冷藏集装箱真空绝热板新型吸气剂试制

为研制与船舶冷藏集装箱运行环境适配的真空绝热板(VIPs)吸气剂,展开常规吸附剂及吸气剂初试样对VIPs释放气体组分吸附平衡的测试分析。首先,采用程序升温法,在温度区间323~563 K,由GC-MS气相色谱分析VIPs在船舶运行环境下的释放气体成分,并由重量法在温度区间283~303 K,测试水蒸汽在比表面积分别为300,810和1916 m~2/g的普通硅胶、碳分子筛和活性炭上的吸附等温线。其次,选用容积法测试了氢气、乙烯在活性炭和负载催化金属活性炭上的吸附平衡数据。结果表明,活性炭负载催化金属能避免吸气剂吸水板结,并可降低吸气剂与氢的反应平台温度,进而提高吸气剂的稳定性,适用于制备船舶冷藏集装箱的VIPs吸气剂。 In order to develop VIPs adsorbents adaptable to the operating environment of ship refrigerated containers, the conventional adsorbents and the first sample of getters were used to test the adsorption equilibrium of VIPs’ released gas components. First of all, using the temperature-programmed method, GC-MS gas chromatograph was used to analyze the released gas composition of VIPs in the ship operating environment at the temperature range of 323-563 K and the gravimetric method was used to test the water vapor content at 283-303 K in the temperature range Surface area of ​​300, 810 and 1916 m ~ 2 / g of ordinary silica, carbon molecular sieve and activated carbon adsorption isotherm. The results show that the activated carbon loaded catalytic metal can avoid getter water absorption plate junction, and can reduce the reaction platform temperature of the getter and hydrogen, thereby improving the stability of the getter, which is suitable for VIPs getters for ship refrigerated containers.
