设计了一个煤矿顶板压力在线监测系统。硬件基于Zigbee无线传输模块和MSP430单片机设计。无线模块采用内置协议栈的Zigbee模块,采用AT指令集与MSP430单片机通信。无线传输采用点对点传输协议,可以有效延长通信距离。现场用数码管实时显示压力数据,用光电三极管检测外界环境,当有矿灯照射时接通数码管显示,黑暗中默认关闭显示功能以降低功耗。接收分站通过RS485电缆传输至以太网交换机。
Design a coal mine roof pressure on-line monitoring system. Hardware based on Zigbee wireless transmission module and MSP430 microcontroller design. Wireless module Zigbee module with built-in protocol stack, using AT command set and MSP430 microcontroller communication. Wireless transmission using point-to-point transmission protocol, can effectively extend the communication distance. The scene with digital tube real-time display of pressure data, with the phototransistor detection of the external environment, when there is miner’s lamp connected to the digital tube display, the default dark display to reduce power consumption. Receive sub-station through the RS485 cable transmission to the Ethernet switch.
