本文采用分光光度法测定了乳酸环丙沙星注射液中加入不同量的碳酸氢钠注射液后含量的变化.测定波长为277nm,平均回收率为98.8%,回归方程A=0.1247C+0.0048.日内差0.40%,日间差0.72%,并用精密PH计测定其pH值的变化.结果表明,输液器中残留微量的碳酸氢钠可使环丙沙星的含量从标示量的95%以上下降至60%左右;微量的碳酸氢钠亦可引起环丙沙星的pH值急剧上升.
In this paper, the content of ciprofloxacin lactate injection after adding different amount of sodium bicarbonate injection was determined by spectrophotometry.The determination of the wavelength was 277nm, the average recovery was 98.8%, the regression equation A = 0.1247C + 0.0048. The intra-day difference of 0.40% and the intraday difference of 0.72% were measured with a precision pH meter.The results showed that the trace amount of sodium bicarbonate in the infusion set could decrease the content of ciprofloxacin from more than 95% of the marked amount To about 60%; trace amount of sodium bicarbonate can also cause a sharp rise in the pH value of ciprofloxacin.
