《淮安年鉴》自1995年创刊已连续出版了10卷,这是一个不断探索的过程,不断学习的过程,不断创新的过程。与所有的年鉴工作者一样,我们的目标也是要创造品牌年鉴,使其在为地方三个文明建设发挥作用的同时,实现自身的可持续发展。围绕这个目标,在《淮安年鉴》(2004)的编纂中,我们从框架结构、条目撰写、图表配置、装祯设计等多方面进行了较为深入的研讨,有选择的吸纳,并作了一些大胆的创新尝试,工作方法上也作了认真的改进。
Since its publication in 1995, Huai’an Yearbook has successively published 10 volumes. This is a continuous exploration process, continuous learning process and continuous innovation process. Like all yearbook workers, our goal is also to create a brand yearbook that will enable it to achieve its own sustainable development while at the same time playing its role in building the three civilizations in the region. Around this goal, in the compilation of the Yearbook of Huaian (2004), we conducted a more in-depth discussion from the aspects of framework structure, entry writing, chart configuration, installation design and so on, selectively absorbing and making bold Innovative attempts, work methods have also made serious improvements.
