今年3月,中国工程咨询协会公布了《工程咨询单位资格认定实施办法(修订稿)》,本刊第4期已全文刊登。修订稿的公布与实施,标志着我国工程咨询业的资质管理跃上了新台阶 这对于全行业的壮大和发展具有极为深远的意义 我国工程咨询业是为经济建设和工程项目决策与实施提供全过程咨询的智力服务行业,是经济运行尤其是投资建设不可缺少的重要中介,也是国家进行宏观调控的一种重要力量和手段 当前,政府部门正在转变职能,工程咨询行业的地位和作用
In March this year, the China Engineering Consulting Association announced the “Implementation Measures for the Qualification of Engineering Consulting Units (Revised Draft)”. The fourth issue of this issue has been published in full. The publication and implementation of the revised draft signifies that the qualification management of China’s engineering consulting industry has reached a new level. This is of far-reaching significance for the growth and development of the entire industry. China’s engineering consulting industry provides all aspects for decision-making and implementation of economic construction and engineering projects. The intellectual service industry for process consulting is an indispensable intermediary for economic operation, especially for investment and construction. It is also an important force and means for the country to carry out macro-control. Currently, government departments are transforming the role and position of engineering consulting industry.
