本文将系统介绍一种用两端对声表面波谐振器(SAWR)作为基本频率控制单元的反馈射频振荡器的设计方法,讨论振荡器频率牵引范围和稳定性之间的折衷选择方法。已经研制出一批甚高频振荡器。这种振荡器的制造成本最低,性能又好。已有十万个以上这种振荡器投入实际使用一年多。效果很好,没出毛病。文中还提出了一些有关使用场效应晶体管(FET)和双极晶体管振荡器的老化特性数据。此外,对振荡器的频率牵引和温度稳定性之间的互相影响作了广泛的研究。
This article introduces a design method of a feedback RF oscillator using a SAWR as a fundamental frequency control unit and discusses a trade-off between the frequency range and the stability of the oscillator. A number of very high frequency oscillators have been developed. This oscillator has the lowest manufacturing cost and the better performance. More than 100,000 such oscillators have been put into practical use for more than a year. Good effect, no problems. The paper also presents some data on aging characteristics using field effect transistors (FETs) and bipolar transistor oscillators. In addition, extensive research has been conducted on the interaction between frequency pull and temperature stability of oscillators.
