跨栏跑是在快跑过程中,依次跨越规定数量、规定高度的栏架和跑过现定的栏间距离的短跑项目。在教学过程中,首先碰到的井不是技术难题,而是学生的心理障碍问题,即学生跨栏时产生的“惧栏”心理。本文着重分析学生“惧栏”心理产生的原因,以及如何帮助他们克服这种心理的方法,旨在提高教与学的质量。 一、“惧栏”心理形成的原因 由于青少年生理、心理发展不完善,以及过栏时存在着一定的危险性,使学生在练习过程中容易出现自然性的保护心理。动作上表现为从栏侧跑过、从栏上跳过或在栏前停住。
