甘油味甜,有引湿性,可与水或酒精任意混合;常作溶媒及润滑剂。酒精味灼烈,易挥发,能与水、甘油、氯仿及乙醚任意混合;可作溶媒及消毒防腐药。在研制抗真菌药物的实验中,发现酒精与甘油混合的溶剂对真菌生长具有抑制作用,为证明在抗真菌作用中二者的关系,故将酒精与甘油按一定比例混合,实验观察了其对9种真菌的抗菌作用。 1 材料与方法①实验材料:菌种是选用辽宁中医学院微生物教研室提供的9种菌种。酒精(药用酒精)与甘油(分析纯)混合液由我院药学系药物研究室配制提供。②实验方法:将普

In the experiment of developing antifungal drugs, the solvent mixed with alcohol and glycerol was found to have an inhibitory effect on the growth of fungi.
