采用油相包衣技术制备了以含50%正十八烷的聚乙烯(PE)定形相变材料(SSPCM)为囊心,以乙基纤维素(EC)为壁材圆柱形毫米级大胶囊。用扫描电子显微镜、冷热循环实验研究了胶囊囊壁的表面结构和胶囊的密封性。结果表明,在实验条件下,所制备胶囊的囊壁厚度大约为10~30μm,使用铬酸对SSPCM表面改性有利于囊壁与囊心的紧密结合,包囊使得SSPCM的密封性能显著提高。
The oil phase coating technique was used to prepare polyethylene terephthalate (PE) phase change material (SSPCM) with 50% n-octadecane as the core, ethylcellulose (EC) . The surface structure of the capsule wall and the tightness of the capsule were studied by scanning electron microscopy and thermal cycling. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the wall thickness of the prepared capsules is about 10 ~ 30μm. The surface modification of SSPCM by chromic acid is favorable for the tight adhesion between the capsule wall and the capsule center. The encapsulation results in a significant increase in the sealing performance of the SSPCM.
