现代化建设不仅需要我们培养具有高水平、冒尖的优等生,还要注意培养具有较强的组织能力、活动能力、比较善于社交的小干部。因此我们当班主任的在培养学生干部时必须从过去的“知识型”、“顺从型”向“创造型”、“开拓型”转化。我们班的黑板报的编辑出版工作,从由我包办到放手交给学生就是基于这样的认识。以往出黑板报,我总是从报刊上选摘几篇文章和刊头图案塞给班干部,让他们誊写在黑板上就算了结。班报编委会,只是徒具虚名而已。这样既牵制了老师的精力,班干部的能力也得不到培养和锻炼。当然,这样的班报也不可能受学生的欢迎。

Therefore, when we train class leaders, we must transform from “knowledge-based” and “submissive” to “creative” and “pioneering” in the past. The editing and publishing of the blackboard newspaper in our class was based on the recognition that we should hand over the package to the students. In the past out of the blackboard newspaper, I always pick a few articles from the newspapers and print headlines to Cypriot class, let them write on the blackboard even if the knot. Newspaper editorial board, only appropriated only. This not only distracts the teacher's energy, the ability of class cadres also can not be cultivated and exercised. Of course, such a newspaper can not be welcomed by the students.
