从含有用作还原剂的次磷酸盐离子镀液中,化学沉积钴金属的磁性在很宽的磁性范围内与所镀金属的磷含量有关。下图指出矫顽力与Co-P薄膜中的磷含量有关,随着磷的百分重量增加,矫顽力成线性增加。
From hypophosphite ion plating baths containing reducing agents, the magnetisation of the chemically deposited cobalt metal is related to the phosphorus content of the metal being plated over a wide range of magnetic properties. The figure below shows that coercivity is related to the amount of phosphorus in the Co-P film, and increases linearly as the percentage weight of phosphorus increases.
