一、放眼世界三峡工程是世界上规模巨大的水电工程之一,就我所知除了扎伊尔的大英格(第四)电站总装机容量达4800万千瓦外,巴西——巴拉圭的伊泰普电站总装机1250万千瓦也只能和我们三的“低坝”方案规模相近,且稍后次,可是就单机容量来说,三峡是比较小的,大英格的单机是75万千瓦,伊泰普的是71.5万千瓦,举世闻名,1977年投入运行的美国大古力(第三)单机容量是71.6万千瓦,然而,他们的设计水头分别为130米,118.4米和86.9米,都比三峡暂定的设计水头高,(有关部门提出63.5米,我们大都认为偏低,后来提高为65.3米,照我看还是偏低)。
I. Looking to the World The Three Gorges Project is one of the largest hydropower projects in the world. As far as I know, apart from the total installed capacity of Dai’Eg (No. 4) power station in Zaire reaching 48 million kilowatts, Itaipu of Brazil-Paraguay The total installed capacity of 12.5 million kilowatts of power plants can only be similar to that of the “low dam” scheme of our three projects. Later, however, the capacity of the Three Gorges Project is relatively small for the stand-alone capacity. 750,000 kilowatts is installed for the British grid. Pu is 715,000 kilowatts, world-renowned, put into operation in 1977, the United States Coulee (third) stand-alone capacity is 716,000 kilowatts, however, their design head were 130 meters, 118.4 meters and 86.9 meters, respectively, than the Three Gorges Provisional design head high (63.5 meters proposed by the relevant departments, most of us think low, and later increased to 65.3 meters, according to my view is still low).
