大量实验证明白细胞介素2(IL—2)在免疫活性细胞微环境精密调节中占有重要地位。在细胞毒T细胞(CTL)和自然杀伤细胞(NK)等淋巴细胞的成熟和分化中,IL—2是不可或缺的。在研究IL—2的过程中又发现了只有在IL—2作用下才能活化的淋巴因子活化的杀伤细胞(LAK)和淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞(LICC)。这些淋巴细胞在宿主体内抗细胞突变的免疫监视作用中可谓独占鳌头。故此,关于IL—2的抗肿瘤活性及其在癌症免疫治疗中的实用价值的研究就提到了重要议程上来了。
A large number of experiments show that interleukin 2 (IL-2) occupies an important position in the fine regulation of immunocompetent cells in the microenvironment. IL-2 is indispensable in the maturation and differentiation of lymphocytes such as cytotoxic T cells (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells. In the process of studying IL-2, lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAKs) and lymphokine-induced cytotoxic cells (LICCs) that were activated only by IL-2 were also found. These lymphocytes in the host body anti-cell mutation immune surveillance can be described as champion. Therefore, the important agenda for the study on the antitumor activity of IL-2 and its usefulness in cancer immunotherapy has been raised.
