以履带板用钢ZG31Mn2SiREB为研究对象,在880℃正常淬火前分别对其进行了1050℃一次正火和1050℃/900℃双重正火预处理,研究了不同预处理工艺对其淬火组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ZG31Mn2SiREB钢铸态组织粗大不均,直接淬火后组织及显微硬度分布极不均匀,冲击功较低,一次正火后组织及性能有所改善,而双重正火后的组织均匀细小,显微硬度分布更为均匀,冲击功明显提高。
