为提高气体软氮化处理球铁的耐磨性 ,对 FCD70 0球铁进行了单独气体软氮化、单独高频淬火及气体软氮化后高频淬火复合热处理的对比试验 ,结果表明 ,气体软氮化后进行低于材质奥氏化温度但高于氮固溶部分奥氏体化温度和铁氮化合物分解温度的高频加热 ,并在该温度区长时间保温后冷却 ,可以获得较厚的高硬度硬化层 ,在确保疲劳极限强度的条件下增加硬化层厚度 ,从而提高机械滑动部件的耐久可靠性 ,延长使用寿命
