对150例健康人进行了一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)测定。结果表明,DLCO与身高呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关,男女有显著差别。而转移系数(KCO)与性别无关。140例慢阻肺(COPD)和30例早期尘肺病人同时测定弥散量、血气、常规肺功能以及肺泡动脉氧分压差(A-aDO_2)和VD/VT。目的在于了解我国人弥散量常数及其影响因素,同时对弥散量的临床应用进行了探讨。
Carbon monoxide dispersion (DLCO) was measured in 150 healthy subjects. The results showed that DLCO was positively correlated with height, negatively correlated with age, significant difference between men and women. The transfer coefficient (KCO) has nothing to do with gender. Dispersion, blood gas, routine pulmonary function and alveolar arterial partial pressure of oxygen (A-aDO_2) and VD / VT were measured simultaneously in 140 COPD patients and 30 early pneumoconiosis patients. The purpose is to understand the diffusion coefficient of Chinese people and its influencing factors, and to explore the clinical application of dispersion.
