1980年贵州省首次举办“输精管注射绝育”学习班,于惠水县断杉、三都区临床应用485例,术后3年对314例受术者进行了随访,现报告如下:临床资料受术者最小年龄24岁,最大51岁,平均年龄35岁。其中5例患精索静脉曲张,4例患慢性精索附睾炎。术中情况:按“输精管注射绝育法”操作规程进行手术。其中16根输精管因多次穿刺失败而改为输精管结扎术;2例因未扪及输精管放弃了手术;3例并发精索血肿,均立即清除。
In 1980, Guizhou Province held the first seminar on “vas deferens injection sterilization” in 485 clinical cases in Fucai County and Sandu District of Huishui County. 314 cases were followed up for 3 years after operation. The report is as follows: Clinical data The minimum age of surgery was 24 years old, maximum 51 years old, average age 35 years old. 5 cases of varicocele, 4 cases of chronic epididymitis. Intraoperative situation: according to “vas deferens injection sterilization” operating procedures for surgery. Among them, 16 vas deferens were replaced by vasectomy because of multiple failed punctures; 2 cases were surrendered because of undeclared vas deferens; 3 cases were complicated with spermatic hematomas and were immediately removed.
