目前市场上大力宣传并用于临床的药物溶栓胶囊,据介绍用冷冻干燥法从蚯蚓中制取的冷冻干燥粉,主要治疗脑血栓及脑血栓引起的后遗症……等。之所以用于血栓病是蚯蚓冷冻干燥粉中含有胶原酶,纤溶酶、纤溶酶原激活物。胶原酶主要作用于血栓坚硬的外壳胶原蛋白,使之切开分解而溶化。纤溶酶对血栓内部纤维蛋白发生降解作用,纤溶酶原激活物可激活纤溶酶原变成纤溶酶,加强降解血栓的作用,三者合用共同加速了血栓的溶解。我院于八十年代引进了美原恒教授的关于蚯蚓纤溶酶的研究,进而做了大量实验并用于临床。十几年来在治疗血栓病上取得了满意的效果。
The drug thrombolytic capsules that are vigorously promoted and used in clinical practice on the market are currently reported as lyophilized powders obtained from wolfberry using a freeze-drying method. They mainly treat sequelae caused by cerebral thrombosis and cerebral thrombosis. The reason why it is used in thrombosis is that the lyophilized powder contains collagenase, plasmin, and plasminogen activator. Collagenase mainly acts on the hard shell collagen of thrombus, and it is cut and dissolved. Fibrinolytic enzymes degradate fibrin within the thrombus. Plasminogen activator activates plasminogen to become plasmin and strengthens the effect of degrading thrombus. All three together accelerate the dissolution of thrombus. In the 1980s, our institute introduced Prof. Mei Yuanheng’s research on fibrinolytic enzymes, and then conducted a large number of experiments and used it in clinical practice. More than 10 years have achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of thrombosis.
