目的探讨因子分析法在我国健康教育机构服务情况综合评价中的应用。方法采用统计软件SPSS 19.0对影响健康教育机构服务情况的因素进行因子分析,建立因子模型,通过因子得分及综合排名的方法对各地区健康教育机构的服务情况进行综合评价。结果综合因子得分最高的前10位分别是宁夏、青海、内蒙古、重庆、湖南、陕西、甘肃、海南、四川和浙江,得分最低的后10位分别是上海、山西、吉林、河南、辽宁、北京、安徽、广西、天津和新疆。结论因子分析法能够科学、合理地对各地区健康教育机构的服务情况进行综合评价。
Objective To explore the application of factor analysis in the comprehensive evaluation of health education institutions in China. Methods SPSS 19.0 was used to carry out a factor analysis on the factors influencing the service status of health education institutions. The factor model was established to evaluate the service performance of health education institutions in all regions by means of factor scores and comprehensive rankings. Results The top ten scores with the highest comprehensive factor scores were Ningxia, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Hunan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hainan, Sichuan and Zhejiang respectively. The last 10 lowest scores were Shanghai, Shanxi, Jilin, Henan, Liaoning and Beijing Anhui, Guangxi, Tianjin and Xinjiang. Conclusion Factor analysis can scientifically and rationally make a comprehensive assessment of the service conditions of health education institutions in all regions.
