课本第209页写道:清朝把全国分为18个省,五个将军辖区,两个办事大臣辖区,“共25个省级行政域和内蒙古等盟旗”。按文中“内蒙古等盟旗”字面意思理解,应是有若干非省级行政区域“盟旗”,而内蒙古是其中之一。这显然是与事实不符的。蒙古在明末分为漠南蒙古、漠北蒙古和漠西蒙古
On page 209 of the textbook, it is written that the Qing dynasty divided the country into 18 provinces, five general jurisdictions, and two administrative ministerial districts, “a total of 25 provincial administrative divisions and the Inner Mongolian Confederate Banner”. According to the literal meaning of the “Inner Mongolia, etc. Confederate Banner” in the article, there should be a number of non-provincial administrative regions “communist flags”, and Inner Mongolia is one of them. This is obviously inconsistent with the facts. At the end of Ming Dynasty, Mongolia was divided into Monan Mongolia, Mobei Mongolia and Mohe Mongolia.
