八年来,阮老师每天上课都想办法抽出10分钟读故事,以激发孩子们课外阅读的兴趣。去年阮老师带二年级,别看这些孩子有好多字还不认识,可大都读了好几本书,有的甚至在看《三国演义》《中华上下五千年》等。今年上学期,阮老师开始实施她的二年级读写指导计划。她不仅鼓励孩子每个月读一本书,每天晚上读一个故事,而且每天写一点读书笔记。她说:“我希望通过这种读写结合的方式,让孩子养成终身受益的好习惯。”
