[目的]探讨复方水蛭散对高脂血症模型小鼠血脂水平的影响.[方法]取雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、复方水蛭散低、中、高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组.复方水蛭散低、中、高剂量组分别给予复方水蛭散0.625,1.250,2.500g/kg,阿托伐他汀组按照1.5g/kg标准给药,正常对照组和模型对照组均给予等剂量生理盐水,每日2次,持续灌胃给药14d.于第15d在禁食12h后取眼球血,离心后取血清进行血脂指标测定.[结果]与模型对照组比较,复方水蛭散各剂量组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显升高(P<0.01),其中中剂量降低TC,TG水平及升高HDL-C水平作用更为明显(P<0.01),中、高剂量降低LDL-C水平作用更为明显(P<0.01).[结论]复方水蛭散具有明显改善血脂水平的作用.
[Objective] To explore the effect of Fufang Shuleji San on the level of blood lipid in model mice with hyperlipidemia. [Methods] Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, low, medium and high dose Fuzi Powder Group and atorvastatin group.The compound Shuizhixian low, medium and high dose groups were given compound Shuizhixian 0.625,1.250,2.500g / kg, atorvastatin group was given 1.5g / kg standard, normal control group and The model control group were given the same dose of normal saline twice daily for 14 days.On the 15th day, the eyeball blood was taken after fasting for 12 hours and the serum was taken after centrifugation for determination of the blood lipid.Results Compared with the model control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) HDL-C) was significantly higher (P <0.01). The middle-dose and high-dose of LDL-C reduced the levels of TC and TG and increased the level of HDL-C significantly (P <0.01) (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Fufang Shuleipusan can obviously improve blood lipid level.
