用三种不同方法相互对照,求出了铬天青S与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数和结合个数,提出了蛋白质等电点前后或不同铬天青S浓度下,两者存在不同的结合模式.利用Forster非辐射能量转移理论确定了铬天青S在牛血清白蛋白上的结合位置,利用铬天青S对BSA的荧光猝灭,对两者的作用机理作了初步探讨.
The binding constants and binding numbers of chromazurol S to bovine serum albumin were determined by three different methods, and different combinations of both were found before and after the isoelectric point of protein The Forster non-radiative energy transfer theory was used to determine the binding sites of chromazurol S on bovine serum albumin (BSA), and the fluorescence quenching of BSA by chrome azure S was studied.
