安徽淮北平原,是我国黄淮海平原的重要组成部分。面积3.87万平方公里,现有耕地3271万亩,人口2248万,其中农业人口1938万。这里自然条件优越,物产丰富,人民勤劳,是我省粮、油、棉等主要农副产品的生产基地之一。淮北平原处于华东腹地,地域辽阔,雨量较丰,气候湿润,年降雨量为800～900毫米,年气温14～15℃,无霜期达200～220天,年均日照为2081～2227小时,该区地面水资源不很
The Huaibei Plain in Anhui Province is an important part of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain in China. Area of 38,700 square kilometers, the existing 3271 acres of arable land, population 22480000, of which agricultural population 19380000. Here the superior natural conditions, rich products, people hard-working, is our province grain, oil, cotton and other major agricultural products production base. The Huaibei Plain is located in the hinterland of Huadong, a vast area with abundant rainfall and humid climate.
