我国经济由劳动密集型向技术密集型的转型升级,对高职教育质量提出了新要求,迫切需要行业高职院校提高师资管理水平,校企合作深度融合背景下行业高职院校师资管理成为高职院校迫切需要研究的命题之一。本文针对行业高职师资的特殊要求和当前发展现状,提醒胡若干师资队伍建设与管理的改革方向,如建立以项目研发为导向的教师评聘制度、加强教师在职培训和企业挂职锻炼等方面的改革等。
