目的了解广州市越秀区社区卫生服务中心中医适宜技术的应用与需求情况,总结诊疗现状及存在的问题,并提出解决方法。方法 2016年1—5月随机抽取广州市越秀区11家社区卫生服务中心共84例患者或家属进行问卷调查,调查其基本情况,对中医适宜技术接受度、需求及认为其存在的问题。结果患者就诊居前5位的病种:心脑血管疾病16例、颈肩腰腿痛13例、呼吸系统疾病13例、糖尿病9例、消化系统疾病8例。80例(占95.24%)认为可接受或尝试中医适宜技术治疗。84例患者中有76例接受过中医药适宜技术治疗,占90.48%。接受过的治疗项目主要有中成药、中草药、针刺、推拿、艾灸等。接受过中医药适宜技术治疗的患者治疗途径主要是通过中医门诊76例、中医健康宣教17例、住院8例等。社区中医适宜技术仍存在的问题依次为:治疗时间长、疗效不确切、中药口感差等。调查对象对社区中医适宜技术的需求依次为:专家出诊、提高报销比例、煎药服务等。结论广州市越秀区社区卫生服务中心大部分患者能接受中医适宜技术,虽存在部分问题,但已有较好的示范作用。
Objective To understand the application and demand of appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine in community health service centers in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City, summarize the status quo and existing problems in diagnosis and treatment, and propose solutions. Methods A total of 84 patients or their families from 11 community health service centers in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were randomly selected from January to May in 2016 to conduct a survey to investigate the basic conditions and the technical acceptability, demand and their existing problems of Chinese medicine. Results Among the top 5 patients, 16 were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, 13 were neck and shoulder low back pain, 13 were respiratory diseases, 9 were diabetes and 8 were digestive diseases. 80 cases (95.24%) considered acceptable or try traditional Chinese medicine for technical treatment. 76 of the 84 patients received the appropriate technical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, accounting for 90.48%. Accepted treatment projects are mainly proprietary Chinese medicines, Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage, moxibustion and so on. The patients who received TCM treatment were mainly treated through 76 outpatient clinics, 17 health education in traditional Chinese medicine, and 8 inpatients. There are still some problems in community TCM suitable technology: treatment for a long time, curative effect is not accurate, traditional Chinese medicine taste is poor and so on. The respondents’ needs for community-based TCM suitable technologies were as follows: visiting experts, increasing the proportion of reimbursement, and decocting services. Conclusion Most of the patients in the community health service center of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City can accept the suitable technology of TCM. Although some problems exist, they have good demonstration effect.
